Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Frye & Co. pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
